Usage of WEAP ("Water Evulation and Planning" system) approach in the determination of integrated water resources management for Akarcay Basin

In this study, WEAP ("Water Evaluation and Planning" System) program has been used for estimating the water budget and integrated water resources management regarding Akarçay Basin. In WEAP Model, long term hydrological data obtained from flow observation stations such as precipitation, inflow, evaporation and some statistical data in respect to population, irrigation areas and industrial water usage have been used. In the program of WEAP, a model has been created with considering mentioned data. With created model, water budget has been calculated for future (2011-2050) by producing negative and positive scenarios in this basin.
