Consent fact in contracts

Mutual consent constitutes main factor of contracts made among people and caused by various requirements. When we review both Koran and hadiths; importance of consent factor in contracts made in between parties are mostly understood. Because Koran emphasizes that trading is not permissible without mutual consent. Therefore we reviewed this matter in detail in our study, which Koran emphasizes.Our study consists of four parts. Subject, objective and method of thesis take part in introduction part. Also we emphasize meaning of consent in dictionary and terms, consent in Koran and tradition, and distinction of consent-requirement. We reviewed consent and decision and loathing which is second part that can violate consent in stage of establishment of contract.In the third part, we reviewed termination by mutual and mutual agreement in acknowledgment of consent in termination of contract.
