Keywords: Smart home system, energy efficiencySmarts home sytems main application purpose is to raise the comfort level. At the same time with its uniqe features, it makes use of electricity and water efficiently thus a huge enery save is achieved. By the this way it pays off its own cost.System sace costs by manipulating the lightening products energy levels and less used areas lightenning products, controlling the electrical equipments standy by energy, remore controlling of air conditioners and central heating boilers.In this resaearch three different smart home project is examined. Detached villa and apartment block consisting of 21 flats has payed off its costs in 58 months. And a housing estate consisting of 400 flats has payed of in 27 months.
