Abstract (EN)
Since the end of the 20th century, developments in the field of computer and communication technologies facilitate especially every aspect of human life. As well as computer technology, the integration of mobile devices and computer technologies allow many solutions that seem impossible before. From the beginning of 19th century, loss statistics that is reasoned by the fire, flood, earthquake or terrorist attack in buildings, open and close areas, has been collected. These losses actualize from the beginning of matter that must be emergency to the end of the evacuation. The cause of stairs and front doors filling with the unconscious people in a buildings, occur that some desperate evidence. This status indicates; it is very important issue that to be directed people who are evacuated emergence systematically. This systematical direct telated to building structure, persons velocity in evacuation, characteristic of dangerous situation, width of any corridor or stairs. The result of technological improvement effected evacuation systems and it is called intelligent evacuation systems. Actually, understanding new generation technology and integrated these technologies with the evacuation systems is a key object to be successful. These new systematical approach may decrease human or financial losses that may occur in building or other area without any evacuation systems. Surely, when these systems is designed, many variable must be considered meticulously and some analysis must be done correctly. Especially, it must be experimented various emergency evacuation scenes with simulation technics. Mobil technologies and new communication methods are considered when designing the system. Unfortunately, it is real that while there isn't enough importance in Turkey, United States, Europa and South Asian Countries care evacuation systems. In Turkey, some buldings have evacuation systems that includes different technics but it is not enough of course. This study focused that how can create intelligent evacuation system which consider the system analize, simulation technics and new technological improvements. In the study, AHP, TOPSIS, VIKOR, ELECTRE, PROMETHE, MOORA and COPRAS were used as multi criteria decision making techniques. The developed system is a web-based platform and it is very easy to implement in all indoor spaces. PHP, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, MySQL and JAVA programming languages are used in system application development. The system is based on a logic that instantly shows the best alternate route for the interior of the building by the viewer screens positioned in the building.
