Abstract (EN)
This study on Akra' b. Hâbis, who closely witnessed the process of transition from Jahiliyyah to Islam, has been prepared to introduce him in every aspect. In this sense, his lineage was first discussed and his position in his tribe was explained. His activities as the leader of the tribe of al-Tamim during the Jahiliyyah period were mentioned. The bilateral relations he had with the Prophet when he became a Muslim were explained within the framework of verses and hadiths. The wars and achievements he participated in during the Prophet's and the Rashideen Caliphs periods were discussed and analyzed. His ancestry, his life before and after Jahiliyya, his being the subject of the reasons for the revelation of some verses, his playing a leading role in some hadiths and his successes on the battlefield were investigated and revealed by comparing and comparing the relevant sources.
