Abstract (EN)
In this study, ligands which consist of acridine and carbonyl group Fe (III), Mn(III), Al(III), 12 original metal complex with metal salts were synthesized. The characterizations of all the synthesized compounds were determined by using, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, LC-MS, TG, argentometry, atomic absorption and elemental analysis techniques. Ligands acetylcholinesterase and pharmacological inhibitory properties were studied on rats blood and tissues. This ligands considered to be useful for the new drug synthesis of Alzheirmer's disease treatment.
