Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of the thesis is to measure the flow experience and life satisfaction perceptions of individuals working in travel agencies and to examine the relational meaning between these two concepts. Flow experience was evaluated through three dimensions: giving oneself to work, liking work and intrinsic motivation. The effects of each of these dimensions on life satisfaction were examined. In the study, flow experience and life satisfaction questionnaires were used and an online survey was applied through convenience sampling method. In the first field study (pre-test), 35 people participated in the survey and 200 people participated in the second field study (test). The data collection process was conducted in December 2021. The sample consisted of employees of a Group A travel agency that provides corporate services and has branches. According to the results of the study, flow experience significantly and positively increased life satisfaction; however, the most effective factors were job satisfaction and intrinsic motivation.
