Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a floating memcapacitor emulator circuit is designed by using active circuit elements MO-OTA, MOS transistors and passive circuit elements. The simulated circuit designed in this thesis study has been compared with other studies in the literature in various parameters and its advantages and disadvantages are given in a table. The proposed memcapacitor emulation circuit is designed using LTSPICE simulation program. Simulation studies were performed in LTSPICE using 0.18 µm technology. The results of the simulation study of the designed memcapacitor emulator circuit were obtained by making detailed analyzes in various parameters. These analyzes were compared with the ideal memcapacitor simulation results and it was proved that the designed emulator circuit has memcapacitor properties and can be used in different circuit applications as a memcapacitor. It is thought that the designed memcapacitor emulator circuit will be a reference for future studies and contribute to higher order nonlinear studies.
