Abstract (EN)

With the rapid development of technology, communication systems have become more efficient and less costly day by day. Thus, the interest in communication networks and communication systems has increased. With the development of electronic and semiconductor technologies, a solution is produced to the problems that may arise from the communication and connections between all these systems. Simulation methods are widely used to understand wave (signal) forms in these systems. In this thesis, it is aimed to develop algorithms for numerical analysis of mathematical models of transient events in active RC-based nonlinear electronic circuits. Therefore, the research results obtained in the thesis made a theoretical and practical contribution to the solution of the problems arising in the operation and design automation of various electronic circuits containing nonlinear circuit elements. The current connections that determine the current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of various components (field effect transistor, bipolar transistor and varistor) used in the electronic circuit are analyzed and the mathematical relationships between voltage and current are determined. In addition, the approximation functions that allow the analytical determination of the experimental data in the examined electronic circuit have been determined.
