Introduction and Aim: The aim of this research is to determine the body satisfaction, mental well-being and self-confidence levels of university students who do active sports. Materials and Methods: The sample of the research consists of 385 students who continue their education in various academic units of Recep Tayyip Erdogan University. In the research was used "Personal Information Form" created by the researcher, "Body Satisfaction Scale" developed by Avolos, Tylka and Wood-Barcalow in 2005 and adapted into Turkish by Bakalim and Tasdelen in 2016, Mental Well-Being Scale developed by Warwick-Edinburg in 2007 and translated into Turkish by Keldal in 2015, "Self-Confidence Scale" developed by Akın in 2007. In addition to explanatory and descriptive statistics in the analysis of the data, Independent Sample t-Test was used to determine the differences in binary variables, One-Factor Analysis of Variance (One Way Anova) was used to determine the differences in more than two variables, and Pearson Correlation Analysis was used in the relationship comparisons. Result: According to the results of the research, it was determined that the body satisfaction, mental well-being and self-confidence levels of the university students who do active sports are statistically significantly higher than the mental well-being levels of the university students who do not do active sports. In addition, a positive relationship was found between body satisfaction, mental well-being and self-confidence levels.
