Abstract (EN)

The Anodizing of aluminum, the oxide coating obtained on metal surface; the controlled oxidation is occurred for homogeneous, stable abd durable. Al2O3 layer adhesion to aluminum, due to the formation integrating with aluminum results excellent. Al2O3 film has a layer of very hard, for very resistant to corrosion, has provided superior properties to aluminum. In this study,The development of oxide film on the aluminium surface was aimed with anodizing method in H2SO4+Glycol solution. After the convenient conditions were determined, Al2O3 film corrosion behavior which formed on the surface of aluminum alloy 7075, was investigated in 3.5% NaCl. This purpose, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) curves, the current-potential curves, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images were obtained. The results show that; The corrosion performance of Al2O3 film (which have anodizing in 0.4 M H2SO4+0.5 M Glycol containing) much better than bare 7075 aluminium alloy.
