Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, we aim to determine the effect of Lactococcus lactis, Bacillus sp., Arthrobacter sp. and Aeromonas encheleia, which are isolated from hatchery systems of trout farms in the Eastern Black Sea Region, on the hatchery performance of trout eggs. For this purpose, we set up two systems as of statics and flowing system. In each system, 20 rainbow trout eggs were added into each incubation funnels and a total of 400 eyed rainbow trout eggs were utilized. We did each experiment in dublicate. Compared to control, the eggs infected with Bacillus sp. or L. lactis showed higher survival rates. After these experiments with eggs, we examine the inhibiting properties of these bacteria on other pathogenic bacteria in vitro. The results showed that these bacteria did not have any inhibitory effect on trout pathogenic bacteria, including A. hydrophila, Yersinia ruckeri, L. garvieae and Pseudomonas putida. Moreover, these pathogenic bacteria were shown to have no effect on survival rate of eggs that were infected with A. hydrophila.
