Abstract (EN)
Flame spraying method, is a process that makes possible of spraying coating material with a proper burner. Polymer coating produced by flame spraying is an alternative application of painting. As developing polymer technologies, flame spray technologies have gained a special focus. Polymer coatings produced by flame spraying are used in corrosive resistant applications. In this study, It is proposed that producing and characterization of polymer coatings manufactured by flame spraying process. Macro-micro and optical microscope and SEM images were used for characterization in order to establish optimum production parameters. And also applicability of producing polymer coating on different substrates carried out experimentally.
