Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine what affect the perceived overqualification has on organizational cynicism and whether the personality traits of the individual have a regulatory role in this effect or not. The sample of the study consists of 159 white-collar employees of an enterprise operating in the manufacturing sector. The research data were obtained by sampels of method and an electronic survey technique. According to the results of this research, it was determined that the selfrighteousness dimension of perceived overqualification had a significant effect on cognitive and behavioral cynicism and one of the organizational cynicism dimensions. It was concluded that it is not significant the regression model in the regulatory role of personality traits dimensions which were tested to impact the dimensions of perceived overqualification on the dimensions of organizational cynicism.
