Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perceived transformational leadership and perception of human resources management (HRM) effectiveness. In the study, the relationship between perceived transformational leadership and perception of HRM effectiveness sub-dimensions are analysed by structural equation model (SEM). The sample of the study, includes 3 big and 10 middle-sized companies which operates in information and communication technologies (ICT) industry. All businesses have human resource departments and are the foremost representatives of the industry. Empirical analysis carried out with obtained from 407 employees together with their managers. As a result of the analyze, it is understood that perceived transformational leadership and perception of HRM effectiveness is positively related and this relation is seen in all subdimensions. With the help of the generated model these relations tested and found meaningful. According to the sample the study, one of the most important result is education and development practices are more affected by perceived transformational leadership. Another is perceived individualized consideration affects perception of HRM effectiveness more.
