Abstract (EN)
The employee, who is thought to have an important place in the activity and efficiency of the organizations, the way in which it perceives itself within the organization, what effect of this perception is on the behavior of his organizational silence and the question of how the leader-member exchange has a related role in itself have constitutes the main problem of this study. The purpose of the study in this context is to demonstrate the relationship between perceived insider (belonging) and organizational silence behaviors in researchers working at public universities and the moderating effect of this related leader-member exchange. The basic claim of working within this framework is that the perceived interiority status will have an effect on reducing organizational silence behavior and that predicted relationship will be stronger on individuals with high level leader-member exchange. The universe of the study was formed from research staff working at Gumushane University and as a result of the data collection process, 103 research assistants working at that university have been created the sample of the study. Implemented analysis results of perceived insider status showed that organizational silence has significant but negative effects on acquiscent silence and defensive silence. For all that, the evidence was provided for that the emotional exchange and professional respect dimensions of the related leader-member exchange between perceived insider status and accepting silence has a moderating effect on the professional respect dimension of the interrelated leader-member exchange between the perceived insider status and the silence for protection and constructive effects of the dependency dimension of the related leader-member exchange between the perceived insider status and the protection silence.
