Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between organizational justice perceptions and work alienation levels of hotel management employees. In the study, three sub-dimensions of organizational justice as distribution justice, process justice and interaction justice, and sub-dimensions of work alienation, powerlessness, meaninglessness and self-estrangement have been examined. Participants of the study composed of 133 employees working in five star hotels in Beyoglu district of Istanbul City. As a result of analysis, it has been proved that only interactional justice has the opposite effect on self-estrangement which is the sub-dimension of work alienation. In another word, the self-estrangement level will decrease as the employees perceptions of interactional justice increases. In addition, the demographic characteristics(gender, educational level, income) of the personel were tested for differences. There is no significant difference between the gender of the hotel employees and their perceptions of organizational justice and work alienation level. Moreover perception of justice raises as the level of income increases. Key Words: Organizational Justice, Work Alienation, Interactional Justice
