Abstract (EN)

It is assumed that associates who have high level of organizational support perception and work engagement are more likely to develop themselves and thus these associates would show higher performance. In addition, associates who have high level of organizational support are dedicated to their work and accordingly they improve themselves in their work. As a result of this, targets which are set by their managers are achieved and commitment to their work increases. In this scope, study's main goal is to assess thriving at work's intermediary role between perceived organizational support and work engagement. Sampling of the study consists of associates who work at hotel facilities which operate in downtown of Erzincan province. Data is collected over 155 people by using convenience sampling method via questionnaire. SPSS21 and AMOS 23 programs are used for study's data analysis. As a result of data analysis, it is determined that perceived organizational support has positive and meaningful influence over work engagement and thriving at work; thriving at work has also positive and meaningful influence over work engagement. Also, it is assessed that thriving at work has intermediary role on influence of perceived organizational support over work engagement. Various of suggestions have been presented to private sector representatives and managers in accordance with provided results.
