The correlation between the perceived organizational support and organizational trust: An assessment on the 5 star hotels in Kusadasi

In this study, correlation between employees' was examined, who work in hotels, perceived organizational support and organizational trust grade. Research includes the employees working in the different 5 star hotels in Kuşadası. The universe of the research consists of 2215 employees and the sample of the research consists of 420 employees. Random sampling method was applied on a voluntary basis. A survey consisting of two parts was applied to participants. In the first part, it was asked to participants signifying that the degree of participation of the perceived organizational support and organizational trust scale expression. In the second part, demographic characteristics of the participants were mentioned. In the first section, general information about the research was explained. In the second section, perceived organizational support and organizational trust concepts were explained after the analysis of the literature. In the third section, the research metheod was specified. In the fourth section, the research findings after analysis were reported. Finally, the results of research and evaluations were mentioned. Reliability analysis, frequency analysis and Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test, Spearman's correlation tests which are non-parametrics were applied for the statistical analysis of the data. Significant differences were obtained from the perceived organizational support grade and participants' age, education level, monthly income and the department. Besides these, the correlation between the perceived organizational support and organizational trust for the main hypothesis of the research was determined as positive and moderate.
