Abstract (EN)

Within the scope of the thesis study, it is aimed to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of customers who experience luxury restaurants operating in Istanbul and their food experience expectations formed in line with the perceived chef image and perceived restaurant image. In this regard, six hypotheses were determined. The population of the research consists of consumers over the age of 18 who prefer luxury restaurant establishments in Istanbul. In the research in which the quantitative research approach was applied, the survey technique was used as the data collection tool and 523 surveys were analyzed. In the research; Descriptive analyses, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, all six hypotheses were accepted; It was determined that dining experience expectation had a partial mediating role in the effect of perceived chef image and perceived restaurant image on satisfaction.
