The Turkish language, which has spread over a wide geographical area, has been written with different alphabets and writing systems in the historical process. Among these alphabets and writing systems, the longest used ones are Uighur and Arabian alphabets. Arabic alphabet has been the most adopted one by the Turks. There are many manuscripts and rare works belonging to various written languages of Turkish language with the Arabic alphabet based system. Among these, the manuscripts with Arabic letters of Ottoman Turkish are of great importance in terms of providing a wide opportunity for the study of the language and literature of the period they belong to with their abundance of numbers. In this study, which we have prepared as a doctoral dissertation, a language-based study was conducted on Râfi'u'l-Gubûş fî Fezâili'l-Hubûş, which was written in 1612 by the author known as Ali bin 'Abdu'r-ra'ûf el-Habeşî or Molla Ali. There are 17 lines on each page of the 240-leaf writing. Movements were used in some of the leaves of the manuscript written in Nesih calligraphy. The manuscript, which is registered in Istanbul Fatih Süleymaniye Library at number 4360, has a microfilm recorded at number 680 in the National Library. This is the author's line and there is no other known copy. The manuscript is composed of four chapters (bab) and a holy place. This study which was conducted to establish a sound text of the manuscript, to determine the language features of the period and to contribute to the vocabulary of Turkish, consists of introduction, examination, transcription of the text, grammatical index and conclusion.
