Abstract (EN)
It is well known fact that this is a study was based on Ali Haydar Efendi?s book of Dürerü?l hükkam. This book is one of the important commentaries on Mecelle, which can be called as the first example of the canonization process of Islamic jurisprudence in the area of civil law. Also aims to complete the legal areas on which Mecelle doesn't mention. It is it a hand back of Mecelle and has a great importance for understanding Mecelle that is considered Ottoman civil law and the general legal study.Our work consists of introduction and two main parts. The first section provides information about works on law and life of Ali Haydar Efendi.The second section consists of the sources verification of 762-787 items that is relevant with
