Abstract (EN)

Aliya İzzetbegoviç, was a versatile thinker. He was a philosopher and a statesman who understood western philosophy well. His understanding of religion, which he developed in accordance with his own World of mind, forms the basis of his thinking axis. Christianity, Juadiism, and İslam, which he interpreted on this basis; were interpreted in an ideological reading. According to him, jesus Mosaic and Muhammed represent the three arientations that belong to human. The spiritualist World view (Jesus) and the materialist World viev (Mosaic) these two düalist fictions are contradictions to life in his view. This contradiction can only be overcome by İslam. İslam is the bipolar union it self. This understanding of unity, which is achieved by virtue of dualism, manifests itself inevery field of İzzetbegıviç. İn politics, he brought criticism both to western style philosophy and has a panislamist stance in favour of democratic, fair freedoms aganinst the governing forms that dominate the İslamic World. We think it is very important to both his entellectual dimension and his political line should be raead and understeod in turkey and İslam world.
