Abstract (EN)
Global changes taking place in today's world forces institutions to maintain their existence in a harsh competitive environment. Organizations that want to maintain their presence in such an environment need to be adapt to the changes and development, in order to advance in competition and achieve sustainable success, the human resources factor needs to be considered. Human factor cannot be imitated or copied in the face of harsh competitive conditions and it has become a necessity to focus on the skills which are a distinguishing feature for organizations. Organizations that cannot benefit from the distinctive strength of their capabilities are difficult to maintain in the face of increasingly severe competitive conditions. These changes have revealed the concept of talent management and it is increasingly defined as a critical success factor for organizations. The purpose of this study for, in Turkey all banks operating in talent management practices, performance of employees in the hypothesis line obtained by the effect of the recruitment process, effects on other skills to pull the organization and the banks of the managers of the future / leaders was to investigate the effects of breeding. According to the data obtained from the research, it has been determined that talent management practice has a positive effect on employee performance and also both on attracting other talents and on cultivating the managers/leaders of the banks.
