Özet (EN)

In our age the competition between companies gained acceleration as a result of the globalization. Corporations are forced to invest more on human resources as a result of developments in the techonologies, addition of the new competitive companies, the number of people deciding for the strategies, emergence of the new markets and the constant change of job definition. The companies are obliged to recruit best employees to outmaneuver the other competing companies. Human Resources should guide the in recruitment process to find the right candidates. The companies need manpower to achive their goals. The existing recruitment processes are inadequate and getting more difficult day-by-day due to the growing competition conditions. Resumes of employees, applied tests, and interviews are not allowing us to reach %100 information about the candidate's performance. In the process of recruitment the body language of the candidate makes it easier for us the give a decision. The aim of this study is to evaluate the preferences of the recruiters during the process of recruitment and the effect of the body language to this process. This will be implied to different corporations's in 100 Human Resources departments in the Aegean and Marmara region. Key Words : Human Resources, Recuitment, Employee, Recuitment Process
