Analyse der metaphorischen auffassungen von Deutschlernenden über Deutsch im rahmen der mehrsprachigkeit

This study deals with the metaphorical perceptions of German learners about German language in the context of multilingualism. After the theoretical basis, the structure of the research, which included 503 participants from a high school, is presented. The results were divided into 14 different categories, and it was seen that the category that emerged for languages took the first place here by a large margin. Approximately 80% of the participants pointed out the similarities between German and English languages. They supported their arguments regarding this with reasons that went down to the phonological, semantic and syntactic levels of the two languages. According to these results, it is concluded that the learners are not new and inexperienced in the German course, on the contrary, they are people who should be constantly encouraged in line with the principles of multilingualism and who bring their previous experience and knowledge to this course.
