Impact of orientation training to organizational commitment a research on the airport in the ground service employees

Two-scale survey was used as a means of data collection, the scales that determine the orientation and attitude toward programs that determine the perceptions of organizational commitment scales. Validity and reliability of the scales were found suitable for the application.
