Abstract (EN)
Employees? who are take orientation training level of organizational commitment and intention to leave from work is higher than employees who are not taken orientation training. İnt this context, The purpose of this study service companies, airports in the orientation training of personnel to investigate the effect of organizational devotion. Developers can continue to operate businesses. Examination of organizational commitment are very important. In particular, in developing countries. environments is more than crisis, can cause employees to leave work. Managers in such negative situations. must exist to ensure adherence to organizational activities.The research was carried out in the form of field research. Two-scale survey was used as a means of data collection, the scales that determine the orientation and attitude toward programs that determine the perceptions of organizational commitment scales. Validity and reliability of the scales were found suitable for the application. Research universe Ankara Esenboga, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen, Dalaman, Bodrum-Milas, Antalya airports employees, the total of 209 people participated in the survey. During data analysis, demographic characteristics in the form of frequency tables, orientation training components (independent variable) and organizational commitment (dependent variable) regression analysis to find the relationship between the components, orientation training to test for differences in demographic variables influence organizational commitment Manova and Anova tests were used.As a result, the orientation of organizational commitment to education in explaining the rate of 15,3% (regression coefficient) were determined. This result requires businesses to keep the staff recruitment orientation training is needed.
