Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the attributes which effects to the Shopping Center Image .For this purpose, the images of tree Shopping Center that servicing in Ankara were measured. In order to measure image, a survey was applied to the customers of three shopping centers. The number of survey that can be used is 530. After statistical analysis, it?s established that shopping center image is composed of functional attributes, emotional attributes, store image/attributes.The another result of the statistical analysis showed that, the groups that has different demographic characteristics perceive Shopping Center Image in a different way. Women customers perceive shopping center image more successful than men customers. While earnings level of the consumer is increasing ,the expectations begin to increase, and the perception of shopping center image points begin to decrease. Similarly to this, while educational level of the consumer is increasing, consumers become more conscious, so become to be more selective while assessing shopping center image.Key Words1.Shopping Center2.Image3.Shopping Center Image4.Corporate Image5.Store Image
