Abstract (EN)

Aluminium and lead are one of the metals, which are fairly much used in the daily life. In recent years, lead and aluminium cause a toxic effect on the living systems. Therefore, determination of both of aluminium and lead is very impotartant. In this study, the aluminium and lead in presence of surfactant and in absence of surfactant are determined simultaneously as two methods in aqua system. Both of methods are used 3ml 1 x 10-4 M XO (xylenol orange) as a reagent. In aqua system the determination of aluminium and lead is observed suitable wavelenght for aluminium, but lead is not. Therefore, 1D580 is measured for the determination of aluminium. For the determination of lead is measured at A580 by adding NaF. The simultaneous determination of aluminium and lead is investigated buffer effect, temparature, waiting time and inteference effect. The determination of lead solution at 580 nm in pH 3 glycine buffer without waiting, quantitatively is observed. The concentration of aluminium is caused interference on the determination of lead. Therefore, NaF is added for the interference. In aqua system the simultaneous determination of aluminium and lead in absence of sufactant method is compared with AAS method by using F ? test. In secound method, CPB is used the simultaneous determination of aluminium and lead in presence of surfactant as a cation surfactant in aqua system. For the determination of aluminium, the solution is measured the first order derivative at 574 nm which is prepared in pH 3 glycine buffer. For lead is also measured the first order derivative at 606 nm. Both of two methods are successfully applied to the sythetic samples and the dark tea samples Keywords: Aluminium, lead, first order derivative, standart addition method, CPB.
