Abstract (EN)
In this study, the structural, magnetic and electrical properties of the AlxCd1-xFe2O4 ferrite series that were prepared by co-precipitation method at intervals of 0.1 between x = 0 and 0.5, were investigated. The production stages of the samples were specified to the finest detail and each stage was repeated for all samples. Determination of the phases by X-ray diffraction (XRD), particle size determination by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the absorption characteristics of the infrared region by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), the optical properties by the ultraviolet and visible light (UV-Vis) device and magnetic characterization by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) were performed. Lcr meter is used for dielectric measurements and conductivity measurements. The scan frequency range for each sample was 20 Hz to 10 MHz. A high temperature sample oven was used for temperature measurements. All measurements were performed between 293-613K. As a result of the investigations, it is understood that the produced samples are ferrite materials in nano size and spinel form. It has been observed that the dielectric behavior of the samples fit Cole-Cole model. In terms of explaining the results of conductivity, Arhennius model for dc conductivity and OLPT model for ac conductivity were used to characterized.
