Abstract (EN)

In the fact of this research ,isolation of some phosphorus-solving bacteria from the rhisozphere of various plant species that grow species in the Suluova Çeltek coal mine field of Amasya, and the diagnosis of them and the biochemicals properties of bacteries were identified. In this isolation study that was made ;14 bacterial isolates that dissolve phosphorus were obtained. It was also determined that the phosphorus dissolution indexes of bacteria varied between 3.21 to 1.2. In the analysis of GC-MS that was made to specify the organic acids synthesized by the be14 isolate , which dissolves high quantitys of phosphorus , it was determined that isolate excreted acetic acid at a rate of 14.24%. It was established that among the isolates the be1 isolate produced the highest quantity of IAA with 796.16 ppm; however the lowest quantity of IAA with 140.91 was produced by the be15 isolate. By using CAS agar medium of isolates ,to determine the indexes of the production of siderophor the be6 isolate was identified with a highest siderophore production index of 3.3;conversely with the lowest siderophore production index of 1.1 the be6 isolate was defined. Among the isolates , ıt was determined that the be24 isolate indicated the highest quantity of protease activity with an index number of 6.6. Additionally, it was identified that the be12 isolate produced the highest quantity of amylese with a 5.3 index , to illustrate the amylese activities of microorganisms . On the other hand, the be9 isolate indicated the highest quantity of chitinase enzyme activity with an index of 2.1 In the fact of this research work, through the agency of Maldi-Tof analysis , the identification of bacteria isolates was made in the grades of species. Taking all these into consideration ; 14 isolates were identified as ; Bacillus mojavensis(2), Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ssp. Plantarum(2), Bacıllus subtilis ssp subtilis (2) , Bacillus atrophaeus(2) , Bacillus vallismortis(2), Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ssp amyloliquefaciens, Staphylococcus kloosii, Bacillus cereus and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus . In the light of facts above , it may be thought that, through the agency of biochemical properties the isolated and defined isolates contribute the evolution of the plants' adoption to minefield. Additionally, this research can be considered as an essential source for he studies of minefield.
