This study was carried out by a cross-sectional and descriptive type in order to evaluate the attitudes of the team working in the ZBEU Health Application Research Center and Zonuguldak Atatürk Public (State) Hospital in operating rooms regarding non-technical skills in the operating room and to investigate the effect on job satisfaction. The research covers the period between April 01, 2021 and October 31, 2021. The universe of the study was composed of a surgical team of 200 people and the sample consists of 155 people who agreed to participate to the study. As a data collection tool, an Introductory Form containing the socio-demographic and professional characteristics of participants, the Operating Room Management Attitude Scale and the Job Satisfaction Scale were used in the study. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows 25.0 was used for the analysis of the data. when the data are analyzed, the operating room management Attitudes scale total (x̄=221.37, ss = 16.37). in size; leadership (x̄=3.35, ss =±0.81), trust (x̄=3.64, ss =±0.50), information sharing (x̄= 4.02, ss =±0,48), stress and burnout (x̄= 3.78, ss =±0.38), teamwork (x̄=3.71, ss =±0.38), business value (x̄=3.66, ss =±0.40), mistake and procedures (x̄=3.44, ss =±0.44), institutional environment (x̄=3.89, ss =±0.54) is the average of the scores in articles, most of the participants "in my department, and should provide sufficient information up to date about events that might affect my work." he was found to have agreed with her statement. The job satisfaction scale has an average score of (x̄16.71, ss4.04), and the highest of the participants in the items thinks that "My job is unpleasant." he was seen to agree with her statement. According the descriptive characteristics of the participants, it was found that there was no significant difference between the scores of the Operating Room Management Attitude Scale. Among the Job Satisfaction Scale scores, it was found that the score averages of the married participants were higher than the singles (t2.514, p0.013). According to other variables, it was found that the difference in the scale score averages was not significant compared (p>0.05). It was found that there a statistically significant, positive but weak relationship between Job Satisfaction and the Operating Room Management Attitude Scale (r=0.270, p<0.05). As a result; We recommend holding informative meetings that will contribute to the professional development of employees in institutions, establishing promotion mechanisms, planning teamwork that gives importance to different ideas, and examining in detail with qualitative and quantitative studies that will increase team performance and job satisfaction.
