Abstract (EN)

The political structuring that started with the Seljuks becoming the stage of history continued with the new conquests. During these conquests, vizirlik was needed. Firstly, by the conquest of Nişâbur (1038), the necessary makam Abu'l-Kasım Buzgani was brought. Then this task was changed hands. Along with Tugrul Bey's request for a well-deserved clerk, Amîdulmulk al-Kundurî, who would rise to the post of vizier in the next period, entered the service of the Seljuks. Amîdulmulk al-Kundurî, which we will call the right bank of Tuğrul Bey, has an important position for the state together with the activities it has done and the services it has provided. The services that the Seljuk State made are not only within the state but also in relation to other states. As a result, both Tuğrul Bey and the Seljuk State are a sta¬tesman who can not be denied with the contributions he made. Keywords: Great Seljuk State, Tuğrul Bey, Kaim Biemrillâh, Vezirate Institution, Amîdul¬mulk al-Kundürî.
