The analysis of Amrî's Divan

This work, entitled "The Analysis of Amrî's Divan", is about the analysis of the divan of Amrî, one of the poets of 16th century Turkish poetry. Although he was an important poet of the period, any analysis study wasn't conducted on his divan. For this reason, it is aimed to make such a study with the idea the feeling, thought and imagination of Amrî should be brought into our life of literature and culture. In this study, Amrî Dîvan (Critical text) of Mehmet Çavuşoğlu was based on. The methods used in the study are as follows: First, the elements and concepts that formed the Amrî Divan were determined. The description and classification of the identified elements and concepts are used to explain how, where, in what sense. By moving from the classified material, the intellectual and literary personality of the poet was revealed by being entered into the concept world. The study will be the source of literature in the general framework although it is a divan analysis. The study, which will shed light on literature, science, art as well as the history of classical Turkish poetry created in the 16th century, will make significant contributions not only to literature but also cultural heritage.
