Abstract (EN)
Anatolia has hosted many civilizations and cultures from past to present. It is more possible to see this, especially in ancient times. Greeks and before, Romans, Byzantines, Seljuks, Ottomans and today's civilizations took place in this region. Especially BC. III in 133. After Attalos left his kingdom to Rome, the Romans started to get to know Anatolia more and after this date, they started to establish large and small cities in Anatolia, and they also established colony cities with their colony movements. It is aimed to reach a certain conclusion by examining the reflection of commercial, political, religious and similar issues on the coins of Roman colonization cities, which is the main subject of our thesis. For this reason, the subject of his work has been chosen. By considering the iconographies on the coins minted by these colonized cities, it has been tried to explain in detail why all types were preferred and used in Roman colonization policies, which city was colonized by which emperor and for what reasons. In addition, a large-scale coin catalog was created and the importance of the cities in these coins was mentioned. Finally, some suggestions were given and solutions were tried to be produced for the problems.
