Anatolian high school teachers orientation to changing in education and the role of the teachers training: An evaluation about humen resource management

It is important to comprehend the changing for teachers and education instituties about their evolutions. So, it should be reflected changings and developments of the education to teachers. The teachers should require to follow the changing of planning about future and when the changing transfers to teachers, it should provide the addition to conditions of the day.This study is descriptive research to determine about thoughts of the teachers who are working in Anatolian High Schools in accordance and changing of the education. Researching area is city of Ankara and Teachers who are working in the Anatolian High School depend to Ministry of Education have been consist. For determine the ideas of teachers, with this manner, it has determined 310 teachers for patterns of the researching. As a measurement survey, it has been applicated the model relational scanning by researcher. So, it has been determined 310 patterns and number of survey. It's important to applicate the applications successfully and to determine positive and negative reactions of the teachers in changing and accordance of the education by taking based teacher education. In this research and at the accordance changing of education, with this research, it has provided to evaluate in service training and changing programmes about role of the teachers in accordance to change education.It's important to join school administrators to same education too. Staying places of the teachers joined to education about changing should be comfortable. According to datas have obtained in the research, It has been observated requirement about applicating education model applications and effecting positive to period by school instruction who has joined to education period. Superior managers should be ready to changing education programmes and They agree about study programmes which it will be, announcing on time and being planned. School managers are ready and looking positive to period of the teacher trainning.
