The first part covers vocational tourismeducation in general and vocational tourism education in Europe. The second part coversAnatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High Schools. The third part coversthe study towards student receiving education at these schools. The study employscorrelational survey method. In the study, a questionnaire was applied including statementsregarding sectoral practice of Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational HighSchools. Data obtationed through the questionnaire were analyzed. Hyphotheses stated weretested through Variance and t-tests. The objective of this study is to investigate into theproblems faced by the students of 11th and 10th grade at Anatolian Hotel Management andTourism Vocational High Schools during their apperenticeship. In order to delect theseproblems a qestionnaire was prepared at Likert 5-scale. n the questionnnaire form. thegeographical location of the school, gender of students, grade of students, department ofstudents, the application hotel of the school and the establishment for which they practiseapprenticeship werw regarded as independer variables. As a dependent variables, thequestions relatedto the students? satisfaction with apprenticeship, the contribution ofaprenticeship to the students vocational development and item related to foreing languagetraining at school were asked. As the result of the study, it was concluded that students werenot pleased with vocational apprenticeship. Related to the contribution of apprenticeship tothe students; vocational development, most of them stated that it would have a positivecontribution. Generally, when we consider the students? evoluation related to the contributionof vocational training to their apprenticeship, it?s concluded that the apprenticeshiphas givenan important contribution. Findings were stated through the questionnaires and assesmentswere put forward. The statements have been taken into account. In results andrecommendations part, the finding obtaired has been judged and solution to the problems havebeen put forward.Key Words: Education, tourism education.
