Abstract (EN)

The overall purpose of this study is to analyze the e-Certificate Program on Technology Application in Primary Education in context, input, process and product dimensions. This study is achieved with the 149 valid questionnaires which returned from 398 participants that were registered in spring 2008, Autumn 2009, Summer 2009, and Fall 2009 semesters. The frequency (f) and percentage (%) of the answers are calculated and relation between answers and participants? branches is examined. Finally, relation between total responses to each program evaluation dimension and personal characteristics are analyzed.At the end of the research, positive opinions of the participants about the context, input, process, and product of the program evaluation dimensions were revealed. No significant differences occurred between participants' personal characteristics and their responses about the program evaluation dimensions.
