Prof. Sami ARICAIn rapidly changing global competitive environment, companies must worktogether with suppliers which have appropriated its targets, to answer more quicklyand proper to changing customer needs. Supplier selection is a decision problem hasmany gradual steps and difficult.This study has been applied to a automotive company in our region. In thisstudy, Subjective opinions of company managers turn into quantitative form withAnalytic Hierarchy Process. Two matematical model have been formed with theobtained solutions from AHP and constraints for products which is mountly capacityand quantity discounts of supplier, demand, budget and processing capacity.Key Words: Supplier Selection, Analytic Hierarchy Process, QuantityDiscounts, Matematical ProgrammingII
