Abstract (EN)

People face decision making process in almost every field to maintaintheir lives and to be successful both individually and socially. While doingthis, considering the scientific criteria help to make better decisions. In thisstudy Analytic Hierarchy Process, which is a multi-criterion decision makingmethod whereby subjective factors can be analyzed, has been introducedand the candidates have been evaluated under certain criteria in the processof employment. The Banking Sector is the one that is dynamic, open toinnovation and which invests in technology. In accordance with this, bankshave become a sector which makes the necessary investments in humanresources unit in order to keep pace with the developing technology, toimprove and to be successful with the aim of recruiting qualified personnel tothe bank. The process of selecting the necessary personnel has been donewith the Analytic Hierarchy Process, which takes the problem as a whole andwhich evaluates the contribution of each criterian and sub-criterianseparately, and the results have been compared with the results of A Bank. Ithas been found that consistent results have been obtained in thiscomparison.
