Abstract (EN)

Anarchy is a social philosophy includes social and economic norms and describes stateless society. Unfortunately, the term "anarchy" is commonly used as a synonym for chaos. The actual meaning of anarchy is an order without state, not a terrorist movement which leads to chaos. An anarchist is a person who believes in or tries to bring about anarchy. Misconsepting anarchy with chaos and anarchist with terrorist is a result of misinformations. For this reason, this study tries to objectively define meaning of anarchy and anarchist in first section of this study. Essential part of the study consists of two main topics: Individual and social anarchy. Under these topics; mutualism, anarcho capitalism, collectivism and anarchist communism have been studied. There is no way to understand anarchy from guidelines and the principles based on this guidelines because anarchy doesn't have any principles other than stateless society and there is no mastermind whose ideas are accepted by every other anarchists. Every anarchists seek for abolition of states and their economical structure but they have diverse ideas, for example some of them advocate communist anarchism while others capitalist anarchism. That's why; anarchy is not studied with notions and specific titles in this study. Instead, arguments of famous anarchist economists and philosophers (Kropotkin, Bakunin, Guillaume, Warren, Stirner, Proudhon, Tucker, Greene, Swartz, Rothbard, Friedman and Holcombe) have been studied under their names and works. In the broad perspective of anarchy, there are various criticisms and suggestions to law, security, science and all other social aspects of society but this study only focused on economic aspects of anarchy. Keywords: Anarchism, Mutualism, Mutual Banking, Mutual Money,Anarchist Communism, Anarcho Capitalism, Free Market
