Social skills of kindergarten teachers and psychological resistance level on the role empathetic tendency levels

The subject of this study is the role of social skills in kindergarten and empathetic tendency levels of psychological resistance level of teachers. Explaining the conceptual framework for the purpose of the study resilience, development of empathy items and empathy, social skills, psychological resistance level of kindergarten teachers alongside the announcement of the social skills and social competence, and to reveal the role of empathetic tendency levels. The study was supported by the survey literature on kindergarten teachers to be scanned next. It's a questioned that weither or not being relationship between demographic features (age, educational, background, field of study, working years in profession) and psychological resistance levels and social skills end empatic tendencies level of kindergarten teachers who participate in research. The research relational scanning model that investigate several veriables of relationship between two different situations which effects each other. Statistical analysis of research is made by SPSS 19.0.Datas in the research obtained mostly in İstanbul with survey.
