The execution of the Constitutional Court's judgements arising from individual application on human rights

This master thesis, titled "The Execution of the Constitutional Court's Judgements arising from Individual Application on Human Rights", contains the introduction, four main chapters, and the conclusion. In this study, the types of judgments that the Constitutional Court renders and the enforcement of verdicts such as re-examination, compensation, and order of redressing infringement are studied. Each of the judgments has been discussed in a separate chapter. While doing these, we also touched upon the similarities and differences of enforcement of ECHR's judgments and Constitutional Court's the judgments. Accordingly, in the first part of the thesis, the individual application is briefly introduced, the bindingness of decisions is addressed, and the judgments stemmed from the individual application on human rights are examined. In the second chapter, re-examination by first instance courts and the execution of their judgments have been analyzed. In the third chapter, the judgments containing fair compensation are handled and in the final chapter, the order of redressing infringement and its execution are discussed.
