Abstract (EN)
Constituons are basic rules of the foundtion of the states. Because of this reasn amendment of the constitution is very important. In this study we have mentioned the previous constitutions and all of the details of the procedure of amending in the constitution of 1982. Also the judicial review over the amending of the constitution has been discussed.
