Abstract (EN)

It is said that human and commodities goes from one place to another place is called as transport. People, vehicle, roads, traffic lights and signs consist of transport system. Human is the leading actor in all transportation system. The main purpose is to meet transport needs of human and for this purpose it should be given priority and importance to the public transportation. This is the solution for cities having limited way possibilities to use their way productively.As there are few main arteries in available traffic structure in Ankara and there is not direct public transport among regions and so Kızılay and Ulus is used for transfer, public transportation becomes more inefficient.When Eskişehir Road used in Çayyolu-Çankaya transport and İsmet İnönü and Atatürk Boulevard examined, that the city center close to Kızılay and Ulus that public institutions, shopping centers, embassies, private companies and universities find in this line make its limited way possibilities inefficient. This situation cause of traffic jam, loss of time and energy on the Eskişehir Road, İsmet İnönü and Atatürk Boulevard.In this study, it is offered that a direct bus line to the passengers who want to go to the Çankaya through İncek Boulevard instead of going directly Eskişehir Road or going indirectly by making transfer to the Kızılay or Ulus through Eskişehir Road. According to public survey and researchs this direct bus line through İncek Boulevard will be economic for time, limited resource and energy.
