An investigation about the education perception and management models of the amateur music education supplying institutions in Ankara

By this research, the education perception and management models of the amateur music education supplying institutions in Ankara, have been analyzed.In the duration of the research, in order to maintain the evaluation types of the education perception and management models of the amateur music education supplying institutions situation determination has been tried to be done. By thinking that amateur music education supplying institutions? administrators? and the students in the institutions having different ideas about the institutions, different surveys have been conducted to the institutions? managers and students to see whether differentiation between the views or not.The data of the project has been collected by quantitative research techniques. In order to get these data data scanning and survey practice have been done. In order to analyze quantitative data SPSS 15.0 (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) programme has been used.The general concept of the research is amateur music education supplying institutions in Ankara, the special concept of the research is 10 amateur music education supplying institutions in Ankara.The findings have determined that amateur music education supplying institutions do not have common education perception and teaching programme. Even if there are common teaching programme and education perception, controls have been done only by the administration sometimes. Administration maintains the people that will work in their institutions generally depending on the people?s working experience. However, because of these institutions? having economical concerns, the licenced students who are not active in their jobs work as a teacher in these institutions.Key words: amateur music educationi education perception, management model, administrator, student.
