The textile products of the families living at different socio-economic parts of Ankara

This study has been made for determining the textile products of the families living at different socio-economic parts of Ankara. In this research, the textile products have been limited with home and garment textile products.The sample of the research includes 142 individuals selected by the random sampling method among the consumers with different socio-economic levels living in Ankara.The datas of the research have been collected by using the mutual negotiation technique with a questionnaire. The acquired datas have been analysed in the SPSS 15.0 packet program.The analyses have been evaluated with the chi-square method. It has been seen that in the chi-square method after the cross tabling, some values were smaller than 5 and the cell values have been increased over 5 by making weighting on them. By this way the security of the analysis have been secured.As a result of analysing the datas collected from the questionnaires applied to 142 individuals living in Ankara during the October-November-December 2009 period, it has been determined that there has been a meaningful relationship between some factors of the acquired findings.Key words: Textile, Textile products, Consumer, Consumer Behaviour
