Abstract (EN)
It is very important that being collecting on time and accurate of tax due for tax administration. Tax dues which are uncollectible from the company?s assets are demanded their lawful representative. Aim of our study, which is called ?Analysis and Discussing the Liability About Tax Due of Board Members and Trading Partners in Joint Stock Companies and Limited Companies?, is to analyze how to run of liability phenomenon in Turkey. Scope of the thesis includes analyze of liabilities of tax due in terms of Joint Stock Companies and Limited Companies with in the framework of Turkish Tax Laws, Turkish Commercial Code and The Law of Bankruptcy. It is explain that tax liability of board members and trading partners, problems and solves in this issue as separately. There are some liability of administrators and trading partners for uncollectible tax due in Joint Stock Companies and Limited Companies. But about this liability, there are some problems caused by unsatisfactory practice and defective regulations. But it shouldn?t be hard to overcome these problems. There are suggestions about how to solve these problems in this thesis.
