Abstract (EN)
Today, shopping brings not only an action that meets natural needs, but also the quality of the activities. This provides psychological satisfaction and free time assessment. Entertainment, arts, cultural and sports events are brought together especially in retail sales. Shopping centers are the places where people get discharged from their daily work, they take their fatigue during the day with the possibilities in the centers and they want to spend a pleasant time by leaving their daily routines for a few hours. This is especially important for shopping mall managers, given the times people spend at shopping malls. This study shows that shopping malls are an important fact of today's economic life and show their place in consumer life. Since it reflects the opinions of administrators in the presence and absence of shopping centers, it makes an important contribution to the literature and also examines how the competition between shopping centers in Antalya is. At the same time, Porter's Five Power Models, the industrial and marketing dimensions of competition analysis, the competitive positions of businesses and the basic competitive strategies they apply are systematically revealed. Keywords: Shopping Center, Competition, Shopping, Antalya
