Agreed stotement of facts of the nomati̇c texti̇le in around Antalya - Elmalı

Materials in nature have been used to produce various products in order to satisfy what human being demands. Demands have been provided from products that have different properties. These products pass through various processes so they please to eyes. One of these handicraft products are wovens. Wovens are being used in a wide range of area from past to the present. They obtain wool from their own sheep and goats. This wool pass through several processes to obtain rope. Also these ropes are being knitted with various techniques. While being knitting these wovens aesthetic view has been acquired. These wovens used in downries, houses and migrations. The wool can be obtained easily in Elmali region so nomad wovens are being used in a wide range of area. Various techniques used for obtaining various products. In this research wovens that could survive are being documented. These products generally have same usage areas. Elmali region wovens are being obtained from sheep and goats. Wovens are pass through several processes like (combing, warping, painting) to obtain ropes. The device that is being used for weaving is called as loom. Nomads used their looms in front of tents when they go uplands. In winter, nomads used their looms in one of their room of their houses. In this research wovens are being photographed and talked with relating people to gain information. These products added as material, color and form to the literature that has obtained from reference people. Wovens are being used in a wide range of area but today the rising of developing industry, trend of greenhousing and diminishing animal husbandry caused to decrease of wovens. They are almost being perished. Wovens were being used widely but today they are being found so rare. Wovens are being stored in old peoples wardrobes and chests. In this research which migration routes are used by Elmali region nomads and which uplands they go in summer is being investigated.
